Meet The Team
Stewarts main role within the company is to oversee all contracts and head all meetings with our senior staff and Health & Safety team.
Stewart started work for Impact back in 1988 and has dedicated the last 26 years to help create a successful and competent roofing company. Stewart was promoted to Director in 2011 and is now in full ownership of the company.
Matthew Bates, our head site manager has over 12 years’ experience in the roofing and building trade. Being a former operative for Impact over 10 years, Matt plays a key role ensuring all works are carried out to the highest standards whilst maintaining Health & Safety with the upmost importance.
Matt provides customers with a direct line of contact and regularly visits site to keep customers fully up to date with the works also supervising operative staff to the full satisfaction of the customer.
As office manager and book keeper, Kirsty is responsible for all office procedures and operations. Kirsty brings over 15 years quality experience to Impact running pay roll, monthly invoicing, annual budgeting and cash flow. Kirsty also carries out all necessary admin for the various contracts Impact currently run.
